BOOKING CONDITIONS
Booking runs from Saturday to Saturday , part weeks can be booked but off season only.
Arrival & departure info: Arrival no earlier than 4pm Saturday, departure no later than 10am Saturday.
PETS
We have a no pets policy but may take one well behaved dog, please ask when booking.
PAYMENT
We require a 25% deposit if booking more than 6 weeks from start date, or the full payment if 6 weeks or less.
There is a £35 booking fee on each booking, and you can pay by debit/ credit card via bank transfer (BACS) or cheque.
Please ensure your details are entered in the reference box on all BACS payments, or write it on the back if paying by cheque.
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason please call or email. You may be covered by our cancellation policy, in which case you may be entitled to a refund (minus the booking fee which is non-refundable).
